Industrial Textile Fabrications are fabricators of high quality PVC and shade mesh shade structures. We have 35 years of experience in research, design, manufacture and construction of PVC and mesh fabric structures and can confidently exhibit this experience. Our waterproof PVC structures are CAD patterned and cut out on a vacuum table to ensure utmost accuracy to provide a wrinkle free panel. A total in house design and fabrication team creates individual, exciting and purpose built structures that blend and enhance existing buildings or make a striking architectural statement as freestanding installations. All structures are designed to withstand the extremes of nature and all products used in fabrication are of the highest quality.
Manufacturing
Once the design has been completed, the surface of the fabric can then be patterned and and nested ready for
cutting by an automated plotter/cutter.
The computer-generated patterns are then sent to a vacuum plotting table, where the computer controller cutter
marks out, numbers, then cuts out each panel automatically. This process ensures that any membrane manufactured
by Industrial Textile Fabrications is of the utmost accuracy. The result is wrinkle free shade solutions!

Unique Tensioning System
Our tensioning system has been developed after extensive testing and product research of the
specific inherent qualities of shade fabrics. No other system can provide a comparable combination of strength and
adjustability to facilitate permanent non creep, non sag appearance.
Strength and Performance
All structures are designed to withstand the extremes of nature such as high winds, hail, torrential rain, high
temperatures and the damaging effects of UV radiation.
No Wear Points = Maximum Life Expectancy
Shade fabrics need to be protected from contact with metals or sharp objects. Heat transference between metal
frames or wire cable is well known to cause the premature failure of fabric. We offer a unique system that has
eliminated all direct metal contact enabling the fabric to provide maximum life expectancy.
Long Life
Materials used for all of our structures are chosen for long life so that each product will provide many years
( >10) of trouble free use. Those materials which are sensitive to ultra violet radiation are formulated with long
life UV inhibitors to ensure maximum life expectancy, matching that of the shade fabric. Only the best quality, high
tensile strength thread is used for structural joins.
Removability
Our shade panels are easily removed for seasonal requirements. Simple clip down mechanism if greater winter sunshine
is desired. Shade panels can be confidently stored for long periods either wet or dry without fear of rot, mildew or
permanent soiled crease marks. Refitting is as simple as removal.
